Jewish Service Learning Educators Kollel Application
Are you a Jewish camp professional looking to hone your skills in creating and facilitating service-learning?
Repair the World, in partnership with the Foundation for Jewish Camp (FJC), is launching our third cohort of our Jewish Educators’ Service Learning Kollel this fall to engage camp leaders in deep learning that will build practical skills to guide their camp network through their service-learning journeys and respond to the needs of the moment.
This cohort will bring together 20-30 early to mid-career camp professionals (full-time or seasonal staff) for intensive Jewish learning, high-level facilitation practice, and designing and leading service experiences. This program is ideal for folks responsible for camp programming, teen leadership development, and/or year-round community engagement. The third cohort of our Service Learning Kollel will begin mid-October 2026 and conclude in October 2027.

Attendance is mandatory at a minimum of 8 of 10 virtual sessions of this Kollel, each additional session missed will impact the amount you receive for your microgrant, in addition to attending the 3-day mandatory retreat in March. All sessions will be recorded and shared via email within a week. In the event that you must miss more than two sessions, we will work with you on alternative ways you can receive credit for the missed session and will do our best to adjust the microgrant accordingly. The deadline for this application is October 5, 2026.
